Balanced Pressure Proportioning pump skids

The Fomtec skid mounted Balanced Pressure Pump Proportioner systems are designed according the NFPA guidelines and based on our own high quality proportioners type GB and WRP. These foam proportioning foam pump packages are designed to accurately proportion foam concentrate into the water stream over a wide range of flows and pressures. Manual adjustments are not required. Atmospheric foam concentrate tanks made of Carbon steel, 304SS/316SS, GRP or PE, are also available on request. These can be integrated in the skid or supplied separate.

Eight proportioner options to cover a wide range of flow requirements.

Accurate proportioning is achieved by using an in-build balancing valve.

Low friction loss.

Stainless steel pipe and fittings is standard for all interconnecting piping, therefor ideal for use in marine applications and other corrosive environments.

Stainless steel full bore ball valves, check valves and strainer is standard.

Proportioners are made of seawater resistant high grade Bronze.

Compatible for use with all foam concentrates. The units are standard calibrated for Fomtec foams. For calibration on other foam concentrates, please consult your Fomtec advisors.

Name tags used for all valve identification.

Lifting lugs provided for easy movement of the skid.

Pump skid supplied with manual override capabilities.

All Fomtec Balanced pressure proportioning skids are fully tested and shipped from the factory ready to install.

Standard base treatment on the base is industrial hot dipped galvanization.

Standard finish is a high grade marine epoxy paint ( >280micron). Standard paint color is red.
