  • Alpha R -10

    Fomtec Alpha R-10 (also called Fomtec AR-10) is a ready-to-use alcohol resistant foam solution. Reliable fire performance is obtained on all kinds of fuels. On polar liquid fires, Fomtec Alpha R forms a polymeric layer which protects the foam against destruction. On non-polar fuels an aqueous film is formed (AFFF-effect). Fomtec Alpha R has been designed to have a much longer shelf life than normal AFFF premix solutions. It is also an alcohol resistant foam solution that is stable for storage, unlike normal premixes made from ARC foams. It is a freeze protected foam solution, enabling foam systems to operate in areas with temperatures down to -10°C.

  • Alpha B -30

    Fomtec Alpha B -30 (also called Fomtec AB-30) is a ready to use (premixed) film forming foam solution for fires of class A and B. Unlike regular AFFF premixes, Fomtec AB-30 has excellent storage stability of atleast 5 years under correct storage conditions. The product has superior fire performance on class A fires compared with regular AFFF premix solutions. Fomtec Alpha B -30 is freeze protected to -30 C and can be used in extinguishers or systems that will be stored/installed in cold areas.

  • LS EXP

    Fomtec LS is a multi purpose foam which can be used at low, medium and high expansions for the extinguishment of class B hydrocarbon fires such as small fuel spills (low & medium expansion), bench protection (medium expansion), and it can also be used for the control and extinction of cryogenic flammable liquid fires or vapour release from toxic spillage. At medium and high expansion, Fomtec LS can be used for total flooding of fires involving class A and class B materials. Medium expansion type is particularly suitable for small areas such as cellars and basements of buildings and high expansion type for large areas such as ship cargo or engine rooms. It is especially suitable for dealing with fires in inaccessible locations and where damage must be kept to a minimum. Fomtec LS EXP is suitable for Inside Air Applications.
